Excellence

Happy Sunday from the Hypno4Steno program! We had some technical difficulties yesterday, so we are here today with the final part of our NLP series on the Principles of Success.

That final principle is to Embody a Physiology and Psychology of Excellence. That means that everything that you embody from the way that you dress, hold, and present yourself to the way that you think about yourself and the world around you should be focused on excellence.

What does that mean, to be excellent? It means steady self-improvement and holding a positive, growth-based mindset. TO seek better for yourself and those around you. Excellence doesn't always succeed, but it keeps its head up and keeps at it with a good attitude and determination.

It also means different things to different people; with that in mind, I'd like to ask you a question: What does excellence mean to you?
